Is Balcom Investments taking new clients?
Yes! The first meeting is complimentary and is a time to get to know each other. We consider it a “fact finding” meeting. We ask you a series of questions to better understand your financial goals, and it gives you time to learn how our service works.
Is there a minimum investment?
No, we don’t have a minimum investment. The criteria we use are different than most firms: If we can make a difference and create value in your financial journey we want to be there to help you. Chantal started in the industry working with teachers. They were not the wealthiest, but they took a chance on her, and we are here to give back and help.
How do I set up an appointment?

How do I change my address?
Simply call or email us with your new address and we will change it in all our systems for you! If you email, we will give you a quick phone call to verify you requested the change!
When will my tax documents be ready?
Your tax documents will begin to be mailed out by January 31st by Pershing. However, some issuers do not make their tax information available until after January. You will have your tax documents by March 15th. We will notify you of any last minute changes a mutual fund may make.
How do I transfer my accounts to your management?
Set an appointment with us and once we accept you as a client we will do the “leg work for you” and prepare the transfers for you to sign.
